Lesson 10: In Class Writing Time
In this lesson, students will have time to write. The goal is to have them reflect on their progress, set a goal for the time to write, and to write. This lesson can be deployed at any time in the unit after students have generated a draft.

Write routinely over extended time frames (time for research, reflection, and revision) and shorter time frames (a single sitting or a day or two) for a range of discipline-specific tasks, purposes, and audiences.
